Summary:

The SINEC protocol needs to open the database file SINEC.DBF. If you have not installed Citect on the C:\ drive the SINEC driver will not be able to find this file and will fail. CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 1.11 to 2.01. This problem has been fixed in version 2.10 and later.

Solution:

Copy the file SINEC.DBF to the C:\CITECT\BIN directory or upgrade to version 2.10 or later.
