Summary:
The alarm field LOGSTATE is not documented in versions 1.xx and 2.xx. This field should be used when the user wants to log the STATE to a device. If the user tries to log the STATE to the device it will be incorrect as this field should only be used for displaying the current value of the state on the alarm pages. The field LOGSTATE shows the state of the alarm at the last transition and should be used when logging data to a device. 

Solution:
This field is documented correctly in version 3.00 and later.
