Summary:
Question: The documentation says that the substitution number must be in the range 1 to 256 however I find I can use bigger numbers. Can I use Super Genie substitution numbers greater than 256?

Solution:
The documentation states that the substitution number must be in the range of 1 to 256, while infact Citect supports numbers up to 32000. The super genies are documented this way so to try to restrict the size of your super genies. If you create very large super genies you may find that the performance of these super genies may not be what you expect from Citect. Note that you should check this out for yourself as a super genie with 1000 variables may give you the performance you require, however I don't recommend you creating a super genie with 32,000 variables. The true limit is set to 32,000 just in case you really need to create a super genie this big.
