No, your super genie substitution numbers
do not have to be continious. You may use numbers 1, 10, 20, 50,
with exactly the same performance of using numbers 1, 2, 3, 4.
There is no extra overhead in using non continious super genie
numbers. The only problem is it will make it more difficult for you
when using the Ass functions to associate the variables with the
super genies, as most of the Ass functions assume the numbers are
continious.
You tend to leave holes in super genie numbers when you are
chaining super genies as not all variables are required on all the
super genies.
