Summary:
If the first entry in the trend tags database does not have an engineering unit specified then the engineering unit shown when the trend is displayed on a trend page will be a " (quote mark). This only happens with the first trend tag and only if the engineering unit is not specified. All other trend tags will function normally.

CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 3.00. We are researching this problem and will post new information here as it becomes available.

 

Solution:
Make the first entry in the trend tags database a dummy tag. Then all of your specified trend tags will function normally with respect to the display of engineering units.
