Summary:
In Project Editor, when I select Help|Find Function menu item nothing happens and there is no indication as to why it is not doing anything. Does this menu item work at all ? If it does, somebody has to tell me how.  

Solution:
Despite the contrary remarks Help|Find Function or CTRL+F1 does work. Admittedly, the way it works is very obscure. This utility will be in effect only if:
  1. You have an open form which has a field that will accept a Cicode function, ie. Command field in Page Keyboard form
  2. The cursor is on a Cicode function.
  3. Click on Help|Find Function menu item or hit CTRL+F1, then the help about the Cicode function that has the focus will be displayed.
