Summary:
Runtime - I was printing a page to a printer via LPT1: and WinPrint(). About halfway through the page I shutdown Citect and Citect can't be shutdown.

CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 2.00 to 3.00. We are researching this problem and will post new information here as it becomes available.

 

Solution:
Do not shutdown while print page
