Summary:
Question: The prev button on the UserEditForm doesn't work when I move to a blank record. What is wrong with this button? 

Solution:
The prev botton only works when the current record is valid. When you move the current record off the end of the database the seek hits the end of the file and displays a blank record, when this happens there is no valid current record and the prev button won't work. In this case just press the next button to move back to the start of the user database.
