Summary:
Question: I want to delete a library but the button in the open dialog just beeps at me, how can I do this? 

Solution:
Go to the directory where you installed citect in the file manager (or dos) then find the subdirectory \user\<project_name> (where <project_name> is the project where the library you want to delete is located). Delete the file <library_name>.CTL (where <library_name> is the name of the library you want to delete) in that directory. Delete <library_name>.CTL
