Summary:
Question: I have selected the static text tool in the Graphics Builder and have started to type some text. I have decided to abort the process by pressing the right mouse button. However he text I have just typed is placed on the screen and I cannot select it. Later it may dissappear. What is happening here? 

Solution:
When you press the right mouse button after selecting the static text tool the process of adding the static text to the page is indeed aborted. However remnants of the text that was typed at the cursor is placed on the display. This is due to an error in cleaning up in the abortion process. The text that you see is just in the video memory and will no longer be seen once the screen is refreshed in some way (eg. changing to another application and back again).

CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 2.00 to 3.00. We are researching this problem and will post new information here as it becomes available.

The text will not be seen after the display is refreshed in some way.
