Summary:

If you delete a page in the Graphics Builder and then create a new page of the same name, your Entry, Always and Exit commands in the Project Editor's Pages form are removed for that page.

Solution:

You will have to re-enter the Entry, Always and Exit commands in the Project Editor's page form (the extended one) for the page in question.
