Summary:
If you cancell Express Wizard by selecting "Close and Discard Changes" on the very last Wizard form an IO server will be created anyway. 

Solution:
You will have to delete this server. To do this, open the server form by selecting "Communications|IOServer" from the Project Editor menu, scroll to the erroneous Server and press delete. When asked if you wish to delete all asociated records, answer yes. Just to be safe it is best to pack the database after doing this.
