Solution:
The board memory address and interrupt number are set via dip switches.

Board name: User supplied unique name
Board type: TIWAY
Address: Board's memory start segment (in hexadecimal). 0xC800 to 0xDF00 in 0x100 (4K) increment.
I/O Port: not used
Interrupt: Board's interrupt request line (3, 4, 5, 9, 10, 11, 12 or 15).
Special Opt: not used
Ports form
Port name: User supplied unique name
Port number: not used
Board name: Use the "Board name" from the Boards form
Baud rate: not used

Parity: not used
Special Opt: -sN - Configure the adapter as an HIU with secondary address N. The default is 0, which configure the adapter as a MHIU.
-mN - Set Maximum of secondary address for the network to N.
