Summary:
I started Project Editor right after the installation and it started upgrading my projects after I said 'yes' to its prompt. During upgrade process "Cannot create xxxxxx directory" error message was displayed and the process terminated. Later on I have realized that some of the projects were not upgraded. Is there a way to upgrade the other projects.

Solution:
The Project Editor terminates the upgrade process when it encounters any errors during the process.

CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 2.00 to 3.00. We are researching this problem and will post new information here as it becomes available.

However the workaround is :

  1. Use the error message displayed to fix the problem related to that particular project.
  2. Set the Upgrade parameter in the CITECT.INI file. [CTEDIT] Upgrade = 1.
  3. Restart the Project Editor.
