Summary:
When I try to run my Citect Project I get the error message "Cannot open file _Include" and the system stops. 

Solution:
You have probably got a corrupted CITECT.INI file. Run the CtNode program and fill out the appropriate settings. Then open your CITECT.INI file and check to make sure the following section is in there.

BIN=C:\CITECT\BIN
DATA=C:\CITECT\DATA
USER=C:\CITECT\USER
RUN=
