Summary:
When I upgrade from V2.xx to V3.0 I lose the button commands and various other information from my Graphics Pages. Everything looks fine in the Graphics Builder but not at runtime. 

Solution:
You most likely have a page name that is 16 characters long. Change the name of your page to one that is 15 characters or less. You can do this by opening the page in the Graphics Builder and then saving it as a new page. You can then go back and delete the original page from the Graphics Builder.
