Summary:
The incremental compile on Version 3 does not count the IO correctly in some cases. As a result, the error "Point Limit Exceeded" can be displayed erroneously at compile time even though the IO count is below the licence key limit. 

Solution:
If you are experiencing this problem, deselect the incremental compile option (from Options in the File menu in the Project Editor). Do a full compile. After the full compile is completed you can select the incremental compile option again.

CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows version 3. We are researching this problem and will post new information here as it becomes available.
