Summary:
I upgrade CITECT from v2.01 to v3.00, and on the startup, a message comes up "Cannot initialise digiboard FEP OS at port XXX of Board XYZ". I'm using PC/XI digiboard for the PLC communications. 

Solution:
CITECT version3.00 uses the latest initialisation file supplied by Digibaord: XABIOS.BIN. There is a problem with the latest update. To get around this problem, simply copy this file XABIOS.BIN from the version 2.01 (under c:\citect\bin) to version 3.00 or contact Citect support.
