I have a new ASIC PC/Xe (8k) digiboard and can't get it to work with Citect. What's wrong and how do I fix it? |

Due to changes in the architecture of the
PCXe digiboard, The Digiboard driver in Citect v3.XX will not work
with the newer digiboards.
The boards affected are:
You will have to install the new digiboard driver files into your Citect bin directory. To install the new digiboard drivers do the following. Using File Manager or a DOS box go to your Citect BIN directory. For a standard installation this will be CITECT\BIN. Find the following driver files,
and rename them to,
respectively. Find the following new driver files,
and rename them to,
respectively. This completes the upgrade to the new digiboard driver. Note that the new driver is fully backward compatible with old digiboards. If you experience any difficulties please contact Citect support having ready the model and serial number details of your digiboard. These files are shipped with Citect for Windows version 3.10 and can also be down loaded from our bulletin board. |
