Summary:
If a variable in a report is out of range then it will be flagged as #RANGE in the report output. In V3.00 and V3.01 this error may appear in the incorrect location, ie in the first set of {}. This may be the report date or time field.  

Solution:
This has been fixed in V3.10, you can also disable this feature (range checking) using the {ERR_FORMAT_OFF} command in the report format. For example:

{ERR_FORMAT_OFF}
{PV_1} {SP_1} {OP_1}
