Summary:
I'm trying to install my COMXi Digiboard and have followed the instructions as per the Citect documentation but I still get the error "Cannot load COMXI into ..." 

Solution:
Check to see if the shadow BIOS is enabled. If it is then turn the lot off.

Shadow BIOS is a technique used by IBM clones to enhance performance. Essentially, memory in the BIOS is mapped to RAM because RAM has faster access time then ROM. This memory then becomes unavailable.
