Summary: |
Its possible to configure Arabic text in the graphics builder when running on an Arabic version of Windows but when the project is compiled and run the Arabic text is corrupted. Also if the page is saved, closed and then re-opened the text is corrupt. |
Solution: |
This problem is caused by the text in the
DBF records being converted from ANSI to OEM and back again. This
conversion process is not circular since the conversion is not
Arabic aware. To work around this problem set the AnsiToOem
parameter in the CTEDIT section of the CITECT.INI file to zero.
