Summary:
I have setup in my Citect.ini the following as described in the help to set up manager nodes

[CLIENT]
Manager=1
Display=1

but found that the dongle will not allow me to log on as a manager node.

 

Solution:
The above parameters are mutually exclusive, you can only have one of the parameters set and not both. The Display parameter will be a future enhancement to Citect . In the help for the display parameter it says you need to have it set to use "manager nodes". This is a typo and should say "Display nodes". In order for manager nodes to work you must have

[CLIENT]
Manager=1
