Summary:
Question: When I run up the Citect Project Editor under Windows NT I get the following error message:

Could not find entry point PropertySheetA COMCTL32.DLL.

What is causing this problem?

 

Solution:
You are running Citect on an old version of Windows NT. You must upgrade to Window NT version 3.51 or later to run Citect for Windows version 4.0.
