Summary:
Redundant IO Servers connecting to a TINEC network of PLCs seem to run erratically, sometimes suffer GP faults and IO devices drop offline frequently. One IO Server connecting to the network will run acceptably, but two will give problems.

Solution:
Citect has been known to suffer from the aforementioned problems when used in a redundant configuration with TINEC. These problems are most likely due to a poor (or non existant) connection definition within the SINEC server which Citect uses to talk to the H1 network. A thorough check should be made of the IO devices configuration and the SINEC server if these problems start occurring. Any IO devices which are suspect should be made memory based and the system subsequently tested for stability.
