Summary:
If you cursor around a page using the keyboard and the mouse cursor is left on top of an animation that has a command associated with it and the screen happens to update then the cursor will jump back to the mouse cursor. This can be annoying for users that do not use mouse input but do not wish to disable the Windows mouse input device.

Solution:
This problem has been acknowledged and is addressed in versions 3.3 and 4.10 of Citect. In these versions a new INI parameter, [ANMCURSOR] MouseSnapToCursor, has been added which specifies the behaviour of the Windows cursor in relation to the Citect cursor. This parameter has two possible values: TRUE or FALSE where FALSE is the default. When set to FALSE the Windows cursor behaves as with previous Windows releases of Citect. That is, the Windows cursor and the Citect cursor behave independently. When set to TRUE the Windows cursor snaps to the centre of the Citect cursor. In this case a page update will not result in the cursor position changing.
