If you are using Citect version 4.x on Windows NT and using the TCP/IP protocol you may cause Windows NT to crash out to a blue screen with the following error message:

STOP: 0x0000000A

The error occurs in the NETBT.SYS driver.


Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT version 3.5 and 3.51. This problem has been corrected in the latest U.S. Service Pack 5 for Windows NT version 3.51 and Windows NT 4.0.

You may also work around this problem by using a different NetBIOS supported protocol, for example NetBEUI or IPX.
