Summary:
When you press F1 for help in the Graphics Builder in Version 4.10 nothing happens.

Solution:
CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows version 4.10. This can be rectified by modifying the file CTDRAW41.INI found in the windows directory. Under the [menus] subsection change the line:

menu119=1,&Help,&Citect Help Topics,HelpContents

to

menu119=1,&Help,&Citect Help Topics^tF1,HelpContents

You will then have the F1 help functionality back.
