| Solution: |
| A solution to this problem is a free-ware
program called SecureGroup. It allows program groups in program
manager to be password locked (the locked program groups shows a
padlock on them) as well as disabling the program manager run menu
item, the file menu, windows exit, etc. It looks quite professional
and was very easy to install.
