Summary:

Writing to LongBCD or BCD in FUJIT cause wrong values to be written to the PLC.

Solution:

CiT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect Version 3.40 and 4.20. This will be fix in version 5.0 of Citect. You may also get and updated version of the FUJIT.DLL from Citect Support.
