Summary:
The Process Min/Max values always appear as zero on event SPC trends. If the subgroup size is set to less than five, invalid raw subgroup data is displayed. 

Solution:
Both of these problems have been fixed in Version 5.00 and a patch will be made available for Versions 3.4 and 4.2 in the near future.
