Summary:

If there are duplicate pagewide keyboard entries for a graphics page, saving a graphics page will cause the duplicate entries to multiply. The duplicate entries will continue to multiply every time the page is saved.

Solution:

CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 2.00 to 4.20. This problem has been fixed in version 5.00.
