Summary:
When in the Graphics Builder and using the zoom, CItect crashes on a Compaq with and integrated Video Card. 

Solution:
The graphics builder crashes (freeze/ctrl-alt-del-type crashes) on a Compaq with integrated video card when running at 1280*1024 when you pop up the zoom box, under Windows 95. HOWEVER all is well under NT workstation V4. This is probably due to a bad driver in Windows 95 for these particular Graphics cards.
