Summary:
Under some conditions the InfoForm() and the DspInfo() functions would display the same tag twice. The first instance of the tag may have the incorrect engineering scales. 

Solution:
CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 1.00 to 4.20. This problem has been fixed in version 5.00.
