Summary:
Question: I need a 24-hour clock (military time) for my project reports and logged information. I've tried to set this up under Control Panel in Windows95, but it's not working? 

Solution:
Windows95 doesn't support a 24-hour clock format if US English is selected. Only 12-hour AM/PM format is available. Choose another variant of English (Canadian, Australian, etc.) under Control Panel to be able to use a 24-hour format. Be aware that the date format will be changed to day/month/year as well.
