Summary:
TimeSet() function returns with error 274 when using dates beyond the year 2000. 

Solution:
Workaround: It is also possible to set the computer time using the Windows time setting functions in Control Panel.

This is a range check error within the function and has been corrected in 3.4/4.2 Service Pack H, and Citect version 5.01.
