Summary:
The Citect Computer Setup Wizard incorrectly sets the default [PAGE] ScanTime value (in the Citect.ini file) to 100 if it has not been previously set. This may place an excessive level of load on memory and CPU resources on larger systems, reducing performance. 

Solution:
Manually set the [PAGE] ScanTime value of your Citect.ini file to the correct value of 250, or the value appropriate to your system.

This problem has been corrected in Citect for Windows 5.01
