Summary:

Negative scaling of objects allows the ability to reverse an object at Runtime. However, Graphics Builder prevented the user from entering negative values into the minimum and maximum horizontal/vertical percentage edit boxes.

Solution:

CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows version 5.00. This problem has been fixed in version 5.01.
