Summary:
When I run my Citect project, and display times using TimeToStr(<time>,0) and my time information in the operating system is set to 12 hour display, most times display fine, but 12:xx AM displays 00:xx AM. 

Solution:
CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows version 5.00. This problem has been fixed in version 5.01.

Please note that any times associated with trends are not affected, only the display value of various items that use this cicode function internally.
