Summary:

Mouse click on Trend screen after 'zoom-in' inhibits zooming back out. If followed by a 'zoom-in' on v4.20r2 you can also get a hardware alarm and can lose scaling.

Solution:

CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 3.40/4.20 and 5.0. This problem has been fixed in version 3.40/4.20 Service Pack G and version 5.00 Service Pack A.
