Summary:
The menu for entering SPC Tags (Extended) does not correctly assign the XDouble Bar, Range, and Standard Deviation entries. Looking at the spc.dbf it appears that the entry from XDoubleBar is ignored and taken from Range. 

Solution:
CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows version 4.20r2 and 5.00r0.

This problem has been fixed in version 4.20 Service Pack G and version 5.01
