Summary:
I have some overlapping animations which have tool tips. In the region where the animations overlap no tool tip is displayed. Also, while in the overlapping region all animations may cease to stop.  

Solution:
Modifications have been made to Citect to allow tool tips and overlapping animations to work. The tool tip which will be displayed will be the one of the animation with the higher AN number.

CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 3.XX and 4.XX. This problem has been fixed in version 3.40/4.20 Service Pack G.
