Summary:

Trend client is crashing with Exception 0xc0000005 Access violation at address 0x0054a123. For Service Pack A the addres is 0x0054a586.

Solution:

This normally happens when the Trend client's time is ahead of the Trend Server. CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 5.00 and 5.00 Service Pack A. This problem has been fixed in version 5.00 Service Pack B.
