Summary:
When using the TRIO board driver, I receive an error message from the protocol driver stating that the port configured for that protocol can not be opened. 

Solution:
This is due to the TRIO board driver not initialising succesfully.

CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 4.xx. This problem has been fixed in version 5.00.

The fix, which has been tested for V4.2, can be found on the FTP site.
