Summary:
I select trend pens 1 and 3 on a trend page based upon the SingleTrend template. The trends display OK, but when I click on the print button, the scale of pen 3 is from 0 to 0 and the data prints as a flat line. 

Solution:
To print trends from the SingleTrend template page, the pens selected MUST be consecutive, starting at pen 1.
