Summary:
I am running Citect as a shell under Windows 95 but the key sequence Control-Escape still brings up the Start Menu. How can I disable this so I can keep my Citect application secure? 

Solution:
To disable the Control-Escape sequence when running Citect as a shell under Windows 95, edit your System.ini file by adding the following:

[Boot]
Taskman.exe= <Blank>

Reboot the system.
