Summary:
I am running Citect under Windows 95 in 16 bit colour mode (~32000 colours). When I use WinPrint to print a Citect screen I get a blank sheet of paper at the printer. What can I do to fix this?

Solution:
CiT is aware of this problem but unfortunately, there is no way around it apart from changing the colour depth of your display. Making the depth either 8 bit or 24 bit colour should fix things. Further investigation has revealed that the job is scheduled correctly and sent to the printer, but it's empty. If you look in the printer properties the file szie is around the 215 - 216 byte mark instead of around 330kb for a 640x480 page. This problem is to do with the way Windows processes the 16 bit colour display and cannot be fixed by CiT. Windows NT users may notice the same problem.
