When I run Citect, the time everywhere is 1 hour slower than the Windows NT system clock. I'm in Arizona, does that have anything to do with it? I'm running Windows NT 4.0 Server, with service pack 3.

Yes, location is everything in this case. For some reason the Arizona time zone miscalculates the local time in Windows NT 4.0. To fix it, go to the Control Panel, double-click on the Time/Date icon, and select the Time Zone tab. Choose Pacific time instead of Arizona time and untick the Automatically adjust for Daylight Savings Time box.
