This problem is due to an error in the
allocation of spool buffers. The number of buffers allocated at
startup has been increased from 4 to 32 to fix this problem. Also
if the number of buffers increases above this limit you will get a
hardware alarm on the device and Citect will not crash. The limit
of the number of spool buffers can be changed by the parameter
[Device]
PrinterSpoolBuffers=
Min: 4
Max: 128
Default: 32
CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows
versions to 5.00. This problem has been fixed in version 3.40/4.20
Service Pack J and 5.00 Service Pack E.
