Summary:

If you have a database with greater than 32000 points used then you will get the error 'fatal - cannot write to changes.ndx' at the end of compilation.

Solution:

CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 5.00 Service Pack C. This problem has been fixed in version 5.00 Service Pack E.
